Roast Coffeehouse

Size : 2,400 sf
Located in the heart of Aksarben Village in midtown Omaha, it’s more than just their namesake. Roast Coffeehouse actually roasts their own beans and have been for many years at their other store location (A Hill of Beans). Some of the unique design challenges included integrating/re-purposing existing equipment & fixtures/furnishings, placing the roastery equipment in a location that met code regulations and carving out a space to teach classes on roasting. Other unique features include a designated convertible area for musicians to play for special events, a large outdoor event patio, specialty retail lighting, and a prep kitchen.
