David Bramow
Architect
Dave has 34 years of experience in the development and management of all types of projects. As a licensed architect, he has vast experience in the implementation of projects during all phases of planning, design, and construction administration. His understanding of building systems, construction industry, and experience in fast-tract and conventional construction techniques brings special sensitivity to project quality and cost control.
As a registered architect, Dave acknowledges the need of defining the full scope of projects through continued communication with the client. His experience in multiple project types has indicated the need for design to be continued through the entire construction phase of projects to ensure that client needs are fulfilled.
Dave continues to expand his knowledge of the business as a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
