Services we provide for Famous Dave’s franchisees include site feasibility studies, due diligence, prototype adaptation, building / restaurant design, food service design, equipment selection and coordination and contract administration. The restaurants come in two styles, Lodge & Shack, and range in size from 6,500 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft.
