Scott R. Tieken

Scott R. Tieken has a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and has been an architect for 15 years. He is currently registered in Nebraska, Missouri, and Arizona.

Since joining the firm in 1987, Scott has overseen a wide range of projects and has comprehensive experience with prototype buildings, site adapted structures, in-line facilities, and mall locations. He is dedicated to working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors during the development process and is committed to answering questions and providing assistance.

Scott’s role in the office is to oversee the efforts of the firm’s production staff. He is the primary contact for the documents prepared by the firm used for permits, bidding, and construction. As an associate member of ICSC, Scott is kept up to date on state-of-the-art advancement in the development industry.
