Suji’s Korean Grill

Restauranteur Suji Park came to FHA to create a fast – casual concept that served authentic Korean – fused burritos and Korean BBQ . Park also saw this as an opportunity to promote her line of Korean signature products like Bulgogi and Bibimbap rice bowls and spicy/savory sauces that she successfully sells to Costco , Whole Foods and other established grocery chains . Th e restaurant serves as her brand’s Fla gship store which also has a separate test kitchen in the back of the restaurant to experiment with new menu items and potential new products. FHA worked closely with Suji’s Korean Grill to create a n upscale, modern restaurant with design elements reminis cent of Korea’s rich cultural history . FHA designed the main and test kitchen s; selected/specified all of the equipment and designed custom fixtures and furnishings .
