Looking to capitalize on the new trend in quick-fired pizza, Pieocracy was developed in 2014 at The Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna. The restaurant delivers the Build/Bake/Serve concept to Midwesterners. The design is sleek & clean with yellow accents throughout to emphasize the brand.
